"I was running a bit late. The driver was on time. After he arrived, I called and said I was running ten mins late but would be on my way asap. He called me every two mins until I went down. Unnecessary and very stressful. He hadn’t followed the instructions I sent and I couldn’t find him. I called and was told, very brusquely, vaguely where he was - couldn’t find him and faffed around trying to make sense of his instructions. He was parked a ten min walk away (very difficult for me with a suitcase on my own) and, very very brusquely told me he couldn’t get where I had asked him to be. Of course he could, I know where I live and what’s possible. Overall, very poor service. Would never recommend "

"The email stated that we would be met in Arrivals but we couldn’t find him. It turns out he was waiting outside by the lifts to the car park. This wasted some time but once we found him, all was fine."
