"Good afternoon, I am writing regarding our recent transfer booking. We booked an outbound taxi for 6 passengers, as well as a return taxi for 2 passengers. Unfortunately, on the outbound journey, the original driver did not arrive and a much smaller vehicle was sent instead. As a result, the 6 of us had to travel in very uncomfortable conditions, sitting tightly together and with luggage on our laps. I would like to acknowledge that the team reacted quickly and politely to try to resolve the issue, and we appreciate that a replacement vehicle was arranged so that we could still reach our destination. I would also like to specifically mention that the driver who eventually took us, Yasin, was extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout the journey. That said, the outbound service provided was not the service we had booked or paid for. Given that we had reserved and paid for a vehicle suitable for 6 passengers and luggage, but were instead transported in a much smaller car under uncomfortable conditions, I believe it would be fair to request a partial refund corresponding to the difference in fare between the vehicle originally booked and the vehicle actually provided for the outbound journey. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let me know what partial refund you are able to offer. Thank you in advance for your understanding, and I look forward to hearing from you.
